As with new updates, there are some bugs which we are aware of and are working on fixing.We know you’ll be happy to hear that the password reset functionality has been fixed and is a much smoother process.
Some of these bugs include;
- For some users, when entering your mobile number the ‘done’ button is non-responsive – please tap above the keypad to minimise it.
- Some Android users are not seeing the ‘Exchange’ tile. This will be fixed when the update is released to Android users.
- Some users are not seeing the ‘Send’ and ‘Receive’ shortcuts on the ‘Browser’ tab. All you need to do is click on the ‘Wallet’ tab and then select your wallet by clicking on it and then you will see the ‘Send’ and ‘Receive’ buttons this way.

Please ensure you backup your Wallet and write down your 12-word seed phrase by clicking on the SETTINGS tab within the Qoin Wallet App and follow the prompts. For help on how to backup your Qoin Wallet click HERE
***Your 12-word seed phrase MUST be written down and stored in a safe offline place and in at least 3 different places. If you do not store your seed phrase and change mobile device, you have the potential to lose Qoin you already have.
