It has come to our attention of reports that a wallet holder has engaged a Gold Coast firm to review alleged grievances. We have been informed by a small number of community members whom have been approached directly or indirectly. Qoin wishes to advise the community that we have reviewed the alleged potential grievances and consider them baseless. We have received no direct communication and therefore have no further comment to make at this time.

Your Qoin support team is always available to the community for any questions relating to maximising the full potential of your Qoin experience. We strongly suggest to exercise caution if you are approached or invited to supply confidential or personal details by third parties.

We again assure the community that the Qoin project has been and continues to be compliant with Australian Financial Services Laws and the Corporations Act and engages regularly with our legal advisors. Your Qoin team remains absolutely focused on the expansion and building of the community, technology platform and completing the steps towards liquidity as outlined across a number of our communication channels including QDN and Q Mag.
