We are pleased to announce that on Monday the new Global Wallet will be released. As per the new Apple and Google stores protocols, this will be a staggered random release over a week period. If you do not have automatic updates set on your phone, you will need to update the latest version from the app stores.
With this newest update, there have been some improvements that will make using Qoin easier for users. Visual and functionality improvements have been made to some of the screens including a new look and feel home screen.
Here at Qoin we are always keen to know more about you. The more we know, the better service we can provide and the more benefits you will receive from your Qoin experience.
In addition to us wanting to get to know you better, Qoin is embarking on its global expansion soon, and it is more important than ever that we comply with international regulatory anti-money laundering (AML) and counter terrorism financing rules. This will include an automated Know Your Customer (KYC) process in the new global wallet.
Qoin takes its regulatory responsibilities very seriously and the regulation of AML and counter terrorism financing is important to our community’s greater values of nurturing a culture of accountability and owning our behaviours.
Therefore, as of next week, new Users will be asked to complete KYC as part of their registration and existing Users will be asked to provide some additional authentication when logging into your wallet. Please help us to continue to help you by supplying the required information, so you can continue to enjoy all the benefits of Qoin.
